Hailing from the south of Russia, Vika Weber was scouted at a casting call when she was fourteen, and less than a year later, she was in Japan with a modeling contract. With her smattering of adorable freckles and bubbly energy, she’s now appeared in international editions of Vogue, L’officiel, Nylon, Marie Clare, and landed the cover of Grazia Mexico.
